Afternoons

Our afternoon activities for students aged 5-9 are different each day There will be different activities for older students and the younger end. Each afternoon will be a different theme and a mix of games, arts and crafts and story-making.

The afternoons often suit very young children better than full days as they will be doing lots of different things each afternoon giving them variety and novelty factor without the heightened concentration level required in preparing for a film or a show.

Students attending full days aged 10-14 are invited to take part in our Afternoon Course (these are open to students aged 10-16). They will be working towards a show for parents on the Friday at 3pm. This show is suitable for age 9+.

“What else can I add? I am over the moon that my children have had the opportunity to participate in Drama Studio classes over a good few years. I feel we have become a part of this wonderful community and it feels like a family”.

Joanna – Parent of Robina and Kristina

“Thanks so much for the week. My son really enjoyed it. He just loves to learn, and be engaged in purposeful activity, so it was great to have a holiday club that is both fun and focused. It really fired up his creativity as well. Thank you to you and the team for all your effort in making it happen!”

Claire – Parent

“Thank you for another wonderful holiday week at Fairmilehead. Drama Studio is a highlight of my daughter’s summer. She loves the challenge of developing and performing something different every time. The whole team strike a fantastic balance between encouraging her to stretch herself and supporting her when she needs it. This includes quietly making adjustments that help her feel confident and included, even though she has additional support needs”.

Hannah – Parent

“Thanks so much Louise and the team for another amazing week. Ben and Sophie have once again enjoyed themselves- the variety, the creativity and the friendships. Ben also enjoyed the progression to the seniors”.
