Embedding Texts In Interactive Activities Age 8-11 DOWNLOADABLE

Four different texts are used in this lesson.

The groups will be given these texts to develop them into a wider storyline through improvisation.

They will be required to use the text pieces within their scenes and then to create a text piece of their own to use at another point in their developing scenario.

Using and creating texts in this way within a situation on a regular basis develops the student's reading and writing very effectively as the students can see it's purpose.

This lesson can be done in a Classroom setting.
