These lessons are based on the book The Tin Forest by Helen Ward and Wayne Anderson.

Although the book is an easy read picture book, the depth of it's message makes it also suitable for older children.

The learning outcomes will link to recycling projects and also the ideas consider the impact of proactively pursing our dreams and using creative solutions to seemingly hopeless situations.

Skills include Configuration Mime, Improvisation,Teacher and Student in role, Character sketching and sculpture, hot seating.

These lessons can be done in a classroom setting.
